Hello there,
i’m trying to set up our e-mail accounts. We got sendgrid.com as smtp-server.
But every time i’m trying to set it up, it just says “invalid outgoing mail server or port” followed by “smtplib.SMTPServerDisconnected: Connection unexpectedly closed”.
As i was stumbling around the forum, ive seen that there was an sendgrid integration wich i cannot find on our installation.
Anyone got an idea how to fix that?

Anyone got an idea why thats occuring?
Tried it with a custom e-mail domain and the sendgrid service in the actual e-mail account. Both followed by the same error message.
The versions are:
ERPNext: v12.5.2 (version-12)
Frappe Framework: v12.3.0 (version-12)
Have you tried sending email from your email client using sendgrid? Just want to confirm whether sendgrid connection details are working.

Thank you guys for your responses.
Tried it already with the sendgrid config (“apikey” as username) and did a test via telnet to check the credentials.
Still doesnt work and im always getting the same error messages like mentioned before.
