Show Dialog after session create

I have one doctype name Academic Year.
When user login i want to show user Dialog that have link field of Academic Year and button,
can anyone help to achieve ?

Hi everyone, I have a query about session defaults. I want the system to pop up the session defaults form every time the user logs in. How can I do this?
