V13 Installation error: Error 111 connecting to localhost:13000. Connection refused

I tried on Ubuntu 18 and 20
Manual and easy install.

Just keep Bench running

what you mean?

edit /etc/redis/redis.conf and change “port 6379” to “port 13000” then do a “systemctl restart redis”

and then reinstall your site
