Very Slow Bench Migrate

Hello Everyone,
I Installed ERPNext on Ubuntu 18.04 Desktop Via Manual Install
Bench Migrate command taking 20 minutes to complete migration

My Desktop Hardware : Core i5, 3.1Ghz Processor, 8GB RAM

I also tried https://discuss.frappe.io/t/bench-migrate-too-slow/19002/2?u=sagar_bhogayata but no luck. How to resolve this issue ?

It happened to me while installing ERPNext on Ubuntu 18.04, same issue.
Better try to install with Ubuntu 16.04
