Hi everyone,
We are a small team in Kyiv running ERPNext v15 for Ukrainian trading and manufacturing companies under the name UA Pro ERP. Since Ukrainian is not covered by the standard localization (it is still not in the Crowdin project, see frappe/frappe issue #42525), we ended up building a set of regional apps on top of ERPNext and wanted to share what a full Ukrainian localization turned out to need, in case someone else is doing the same for their country:
- Tax invoices (податкові накладні): generated from Sales Invoice, daily summary invoice, registration status tracking, VAT report.

- Shipping: waybills for Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest and Rozetka Delivery created from Delivery Note / Sales Order, cash-on-delivery matched back to payments.

- Fiscal receipts (PRRO): Checkbox integration, receipt per POS Invoice, Z-report.

- Bank statement import for Ukrainian banks with automatic matching to invoices and orders.

- SAF-T UA export for the tax office (schema 2.00).

- Marketplace connectors: Horoshop, Rozetka, Prom orders into Sales Order.

- CRM: stage board with chats (Telegram, Instagram, Viber) inside ERPNext.

- Plus the usual: Ukrainian translations of the UI, number-to-words, print formats for local primary documents.
- Everything runs as separate Frappe apps installed next to ERPNext, no core patches, so updates of ERPNext itself stay clean. Hosting is in the EU.

- Is anyone else from Ukraine or nearby countries running ERPNext in production? Happy to compare notes on regional compliance.

- For those who maintain a regional localization: how do you handle statutory report changes between ERPNext releases without forking?
- If the Crowdin project gets a Ukrainian target language we would be glad to contribute our translation strings there.
