Unable to Translate VAT

This is similar to How to change the translation on quotation labels/taxes, etc?

I’ve been trying to translate specifically the word: VAT @ 13.0 as seen in the image below

I’m trying to use Setup → Translate and no matter what I use it seems the label is hardcoded.

Please let me know how I can translate this word.
